David Shelly brings over 25 years of recruiting experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Engineering. His career has involved building. training and developing National recruiting teams for large Staffing and recruiting companies in the Atlanta area., David has served as Senior Vice President at First PRO Inc. Prior that David was a Managing partner at The Lucas Group a nationally recognized recruiting firm based in Dallas Texas.

David has a well-established reputation for delivering results to house hold name companies large and small. Having developed a network of highly skilled professionals for over a quarter of a century David continues to partner with client companies to obtain the best available candidate pool in the marketplace.

David Started his career in Philadelphia PA where he was born and raised into a clan of 10 children.
